Observation

Licensor observed plastic bags in diaper area, and at entry. Licensor observed stairwell leading to staff area, without pressure gate. Licensor observed a corded christmas light string and orange extension cord that was loosely under stairwell inside children's play house, cords need to be secured & out of reach of children. Licensor observed washer / dryer in unlocked staff restroom near the exit pathway to the playground that did not have saftey feeature to prevent entrapment.
